I don't have air conditioning in my house. Let me tell you those 90 plus degree days are filled with a lot of emotions which none of them are good. Well that ended the day this unit arrived. I bought the 14,000 unit for my 1300 sq foot house. It is amazing at cooling. I set it at 68 when its 85 and up outside. It keeps my house at a comfy 72. I saw a lot of mentions of being loud. Okay yes it makes noise... its a window unit but it is quiet compared to my old one. Again compared to my old one it is the same size but stronger, and functional. I 100% would highly recommend this unit to anyone that needs to keep a small home cool.

Works well and cools well

Overall a really great air conditioner. I actually have to turn it off a few times because it gets too cold in my room. It comes with a built-in temperature control and it has an app compatible so that way you can turn your air conditioner on anytime. When I ordered this it did not come with a remote like it was supposed to but I contacted support and they were super friendly and sent me one free of charge.

This air conditioner is fantastic! It fits perfectly in my window and was easy to set up. It started blowing cold air quickly, which I really appreciate. I love the ability to schedule it to turn on and off at specific times each day, with a separate weekend schedule—so convenient! Plus, I can control it easily via the mobile app or the remote that comes with it. Definitely a great investment for such a high-quality product!

I purchased this AC last year in April 2024 I saw it I was getting a good unit first of all it came in with a dent on top second it only lasted until yesterday and it went up complete digital cutout will not come on I unplugged it let it stay unplugged for about 2 hours it did not freeze up it was 90° outside I had it on a comfortable 72 degrees in my house it didn't freeze and it was comfortable in my house had it on economical or economy whatever you want to call it but doesn't matter now no I'm a single female on disability and now I have nothing that unit did my complete apartment with a few oscillating fans and a curtain blocking off a doorway to the kitchen! But now I don't have nothing it hotter than Hades in my house what am I going to do I don't have the money for another year in it everything is going up I can't afford to get another one I don't think is fair that I should have to purchase another one after only using it last summer and part of this summer and it was cleaned this summer before it was even turned on and it was not taking out the window but it was covered up on both sides the front and the back and then I paid a professional service to come and clean that unit and they said well ma'am you did a great job covering it up because I bought cover of AC cover for it and I had my son-in-law cover it up put it around it and not only that there's an awning that's over top of where the AC is in the window so that's actually a good thing so I don't know what to do I'm at what's end here I need another AC unit and I don't know what to do but I wouldn't suggest for nobody to buy this unit if you want something to last for years don't get this unit

My living room connects to my dining room which opens up to my kitchen so there is quite a bit of space to cover. I had fully anticipatedeeding2of these for my living room but just the one kept the house soo fresh and cool that I often had to turn it off. Cali heat is no joke ! Easy install easy use Customer service was awesome and the first unit that had arrived was damaged in transit. They helped me to trouble shoot and sent a replacement. I highly recommend this vendor and this unit ! I also love that with the WiFi connection i am able to use the app and run this baby on when Iam on my way home and wanna cool the house down

They are a bit loud but normal for a window unit. They installed easily in about 15 minutes. I had a central ac in my house that died. I have a massive double living room connected to a hallway bathroom and bedroom that all needed cooling. Normally my house is the same temperature as outside without air. With my central working it would struggle to keep 77 degrees. I installed just 2 of these units in my living room and my central thermostat was reading 67 degrees this morning in my hallway, farthest from the units. It is now 80 outside and still holding 67 inside and every one of those rooms is comfortable and cool. I highly recommend these little units. I am pleasantly surprised and finally not sweating in my Florida home! I will be getting one more for my kitchen.

I bought this A/c Unit because I originally bought a 6,000 BTU A/c Unit and that was not enough. This 12,000 BTU A/c Unit Cooled my entire 1,000 ft³ 2 Bedroom apartment maybe 45 minutes after installation! Seems to be quiet and efficient. The only issue I have is the bottom left corner where the cover for the filter pops in is broken. It seems to have happened in transport. It doesn't effect performance so I'm okay with it. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Otherwise it would've received a 5 star review.
