Looks good, and smells kept at bay easily

Bizarrely, this is actually one of the best things for the kitchen that I've ever bought! It seemed expensive at the time for a compost bin, but it's worth the spend. Looks so much nicer than the plastic ones on our kitchen worktop, super easy to clean, is really robust, doesn't stain and most importantly, there's no smell. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE my new ceramic caddy! It looks amazing on my work surface and it’s so much more practical having it there, rather than hidden away under the kitchen sink! It came with a metal ring (plus 2x spare caddy liners) that sits inside the top of the caddy to keep the liner in place and hidden from view - they have thought of everything! It also came with a filter (plus a spare) that sits inside the lid to prevent any odours from escaping. Again, it’s hidden from view so you wouldn’t know it’s there and it 100% does what it’s designed to do! Delivery was bang on time and even the packaging was great. I HIGHLY recommend this product - it’s aesthetics and practicality make it worth every penny <3

All though a bit on the expensive side I can forgive this as it is hand made and a fabulous caddy.A previous review remarked that the volume size of the caddy was small, I disagree it is just the right size. I use to have a caddy with a greater capacity but I found that the biodegradable bags became 'stressed' with the weight of the food. Also the rotting food was hanging around in the caddy on the worktop for a longer time. I suppose the number of people in the house has a relevance to the amount of food waste produced, there are three of us but I do not feel that I am always emptying the caddy.I would recommend this caddy as it is a lovely decorative addition to the kitchen.

It's beautiful but I accidentally ordered this colour instead of cream! I rang the company and they happily and speedily exchanged it for a cream one which fits in with my colour scheme! I just had to pay return postage which was fair enough as my mistake!

This item was received promptly. It looks great and is the only caddy I have seen that (a) looks good and (b) doesn't smell. I would have preferred a larger size - I am not sure how a family would cope with this! However, I have not seen, after extensive research, one that is bigger than this. As there is only 2 of us it suits us fine and encourages emptying at regular intervals. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product - it is sturdy and is of good quality for the price.

This caddy looks indeed nicer than a much cheaper plastic one I had. However, it has other shortcomings: it is quite small, the inner rim sometimes breaks the bag when you pull it out, the lead makes unpleasant clanky noise and the filter gets mouldy quickly. These may not bother everybody, but I wish I'd known before buying.

The caddy is a good size, easy to clean, and holds the waste bag securely inside itself - looking tidy and preventing our cat from shredding the rim of the bag! The combination of ceramic and terracotta is very attractive and looks good in our kitchen.
