I have been taking it constantly and have noticed a slight difference, I would recommend it if you are willing to commit.

It would be very easy for companies to just put some brown compound in a vitamin capsule, tell you take it reliably and suggest results. The difference here is that these supplements actually seem to do something. I noticed a difference after a month of use . I am not sure how going longer than a month would be re: efficacy, but if the first 30 days were an indication and the results continue to grow, then this is an absolute winner.

So I'm only a few days into these so there is not a lot to say about results. But I can tell you that the pills do not make me feel nauseous when I take them on an empty stomach (like a lot of vitamins do).After 30 days, I am looking forward to seeing what effect this has on my beard. I already have a pretty full beard, length-wise. But I am hoping that this adds to the fullness and healthiness of it. I used it all up, but in the time I've been taking them, I haven't really seen any effect. Looking at the ingredients, it just seems like a basic mixture of vitamins that are good for hair growth, not really reinventing the formula. I will say the price seems pretty good for its formulation though.

I got this recently.It is a bottle with 60 capsules.This is good.A nice multivitamin, with a focus on hair growth. Specifically beards it says...but hairs hair. And this is loaded with good stuff for your hair.I included pics of the supplement facts....so judge for yourself.I have long hair.Have had long hair most of my life.I have learned there are supplements out there that are obvipusly helpful to hair growth if supplemented...like biotin, for example.And this is a great source for that!I will use this whole bottleRecommend

So far, so good. Easy to take. No weird smell or aftertaste.
