Talk to the user before buying

Brought this for my dad who very poor mobility in his upper arm so food slips down a fork/spoon as he moves it to his mouth; plus he has a tremor. As a piece of engineering this device is brilliant and dad can eat with it. HOWEVER he won't us it as the spoon capacity is similar to a teaspoon and it takes him too long to eat anything, even with the food falling off he makes more progress. If the volume could be increased it would be a 5+ star rating. Talk to the user before buying.
