The best TV under 30k, much impressed and Google OS is very Smooth and there are multiple options for picture and sound clarity. 24 wats giving enough sound I think sound bar is not required for this model. It has Dolby atom’s option too. Finally this is an awesome TV and you can save your money and value for money. Toshiba old is gold.

Better than i expect... Good packaging, easy to install, sound quality is also better than i expect, size is also good, the OS is also smooth and fast, good network and easy to use.

Received the product on date promised. The technician came for installation the next day. The company doesn't provide wall mount stand so I had to pay for it.TV works fine. Sharp picture with vibrant colours and good clear sound. No lagging. Good product.

The remote stopped working within two weeks and I had been following up for almost 6 days with a Customer Support and they have been reluctant in answering and telling me the TAT it isn’t transit and the part has to be replaced and the TV is not operational because it can be only run and managed by the remote It is just dumb box for us a non-working TV and I want to report it on the social media as well because this is absolutely misleading buying a brand new TV. Amazon is definitely not providing any assistance and it is routing me to Chat What, which is not helpful. I don’t know who to reach. Toshiba is not taking responsibility and the representatives and the customers support their is extremely reluctant, and they are putting it on the person who came for inspection that they have Half information and they are not too sure. How can they send half knowledge technician or people who mislead telling us that the remote will be replaced within 2 to 3 days and now when I’m calling Customer Support they informed me that it is in transit. The part has to come from the company directly and That it can take anything between 7 to 10 days. This is absolutely misleading and very inconvenient. Imagine that TV stopped working within 15 days because of the faulty remote. The TV itself is fine however, the remote is faulty, which is making it non-functional.

Got this 50 inch TV at Rs. 25k and that too with no cost EMI dor 12 months in HDFC credit card scheme!!! Amazon Installation team was very active and was ready to install in next day, but couldn't wait, installed TV same evening with a local mechanic for Rs.200 and good part was wall mount was given with the TV packet free of cost. Loging to TV with a android movile was auto instructed by TV and process was super smooth. PROS***** 1. Very good picture quality, almost comparable with my other TV (now 3 years old, Samsung 55 inches 4k QLED, HDR then almost top of the line etc of Rs 85k then) 2. Very good experience with the android software, good remote control, voice command, experience equal to my Samsung experience. 3. Sound quality is ok and not a deal breaker at this price. But sound no way even near to samsung experience. 4. Downloading and upgrading of Apps was super fast... even faster than Samsung experience. CONS* 1. Upscaling of normal videos not good but upscaling of HD videos to 4K is good enough. 2. Presetting numbers of picture mode is not that good. Same for sound modes. FEAR*** 1. Don't know how long this TV will survive, but good thing is that it has 2years of warranty. 2. No idea how much support i will get Toshiba or Amazon if any fault occurs during warranty or even after that. But, after 10 days of use, so far so good, Thanks AMAZON for the platform, Thanks Toshiba for the technology at affordable price, Thanks HDFC for providing this with just 1st month installment of Rs.2062. :) Will followup Edit this review after 6 months.

Good picture and sound quality

I’ve been using this LED TV for 1 year and it’s amazing! The picture clarity is crystal clear, colors are vibrant, and sound quality is surprisingly good even without a soundbar. Smart features work smoothly and apps load fast. Totally worth the price.
