I really like this as a healthy alternative to using sugar. Works great for my hot cereal.

This is a great product ! My dietary restrictions have taken away every sweetener except raw honey, pure maple syrup, and maple sugar. The challenge of baking my favorite recipes without white sugar, brown sugar, molasses, corn syrup, and any artificial sweeteners had been daunting until I started using maple sugar. I've tried other maple sugars that are more coarse and darker in color. This makes whatever I have used them in grittier, much darker and unappealing in color. The Frost Ridge Maple Farm Organic Maple Sugar has a finer sugar crystal, is lighter in color than other brands, and has a very nice flavor. I am working on a cookbook to share my recipes with other folks dealing with the same or similar health issues. I have enjoyed using this Frost Ridge Maple Farm Organic Maple Sugar in my recipes. I use maple sugar for baking, coffee and more. This texture is SOFT and SMOOTH and powdery but doesn't leave "maple dust clouds" like some others. It has a texture almost like a whey protein. It dissolves well and sniffs nicely. It is being added to my short list of maple sugars.

The maple syrup was good and so is the maple sugar

I wish this would come in bulk, like 5 pounds.But I loved to bake with it.

The consistency of this maple sugar is the same as cane sugar so it dissolves easily, tastes good, and I've been very pleased with how easy it it to use for baking and cooking.

I use to candy bacon and to make cookies and frostings for cakes. I make my own breakfast sausage with ground pork and a few herbs and plenty of maple sugar! outstanding!
