BTN3339R Bag-To-Nature Compositable Lawn And Yard Bag

These bags must have started early on composting inside the box, and I can see why I couldn't find them at any Target stores, which used to sell them. The box that I received must have been pretty neglected, because when I opened it, I optimistically tried to carefully draw a single bag from the bunch, and it INSTANTLY peeled away. I thought that this might be some layer that comes off to open the bag for use, but then AGAIN, it peeled away. I figured that it would have been decent for its advertised thickness, but nope! I found this thing COMPLETELY EFFORTLESSLY stripping into useless pieces and realized that having bought this product was probably already a scam, because they aren't even the same green color bags of the same exact product "33-gallon lawn & yard waste bags" that are on their current Website, but I didn't see any alternative Amazon product page. I am amazed that the manufacturers had even updated the box cover design on their Website. Have they even attempted to sell them? The ones that I received were clearly very old, and may have been usable YEARS ago?

I've been using Bag to Nature to bag my leaves for several years now without any real issue. I recently ordered two boxes--20 bags. Four ripped right out of the box while preparing for use. Six ripped in use and several had to be double or tripled bagged. Of the twenty bags, six or seven survived use. I realize that these bags are delicate, but if all it takes is the wind to blow on a small tear to render the bag useless, then another product is the way to go. Maybe I just had a bad batch, but I am unlikely to use this product again.
