huge and bulky - all but useless

I have wide knuckles but slim fingers which causes my rings to spin & it drives me nuts. Got these to hopefully stop it on my ring finger, which is the worst as my ring is top heavy. You get a variety of sizes, plus some spiral stuff which I wasn't expecting but won't use. The stress this tiny piece of metal caused me was immense! My fingers wouldn't hold it in place so that I could bend the ends over, when I eventually managed that, the pliers caused the bar to twist! Straighten it out, do it again - same thing happens. Gave up with that one & used another. Got there in the end but I think the prongs are too long on the 2mm bars. There's a lot of manipulation & swearing involved in these but once it's on & in the right place - it works. My ring is size K & although the bar was slightly too long initially, I think it's worked in my favour because you don't really notice it when you turn your hand over. I work in retail & receive money in that hand so I don't want it to be obvious that my ring doesn't fit properly. So far I'm happy with the fit & my ring isn't swivelling, but it's not been on long. My next test will be whether it contains nickel, which my finger will tell me within an hour. Touch wood it doesn't because this was far too stressful to have to take off & find a replacement!*edited a week later. They're awful. Very uncomfortable & sharp, I've gone through 2 in a week because they're so uncomfortable. I thought the first successful one was uncomfortable because of my error, but after trying again discovered it's not. The prongs are far too long and it causes more hassle than it should. They don't stay in place, constantly sliding although they were tight to the band. I've taken it off and got myself a sterling silver one from Ebay which looks better, fits better & is a lot easier to fit. I won't be using the rest of the box or buying them again. A total waste of £9.

Very good concept, but they are rather fragile, they could do with being more robust for bending to ring size.

A variety of ring sizing pieces so straight forward to choose the most suitable one. Long nosed pliers make the fitting so much easier. The pieces are “soft” so easy to mark them, which will need a suitable file to smooth out any projection. The pieces are es come in a plastic container for storage. Good value for money. Those loose ring problems eliminated.

Not good, uncomfortable to wear with sharp edges but reduction in ring size works ok. Not sure I'll be keeping this on my ring?

These nine ring adjusters are easy to apply (although the instructions are not as clear as they might be) and do the job very well. I bought them as a temporary "fix" while I decided whether or not to have my wedding ring resized, but am considering keeping them permanently. It is relatively unobtrusive. When they arrived they looked a bit fragile, but in practice are absolutely fine.They are surprisingly comfortable and the three different sizes ensured that I got one which fitted my wedding ring perfectly.
