Great freezer, perfect size, I use for meat storage only. Noise level is ok, sounds like breeze blowing at times but not intrusive. Easy to unpack and move. Waited 24 hours to plug in, it worked perfectly. I think it was excellent value.

Great freezer for our garage. Could fit anywhere. Reached temperature quickly. Nice finish. Delivery was awesome. Price is right! Storing vegetables. Nice little bins that separate the levels makes it easier to find stored food.

This little freezer is just the right size. It is perfect for an apartment or dorm room. It doesn't take up much space and it holds plenty of food. The stainless steel is very easy to clean and looks great.

Very nice! Wanted a small freezer that allows us to take advantage of grocery store sales, without overcrowding our fridge freezer, and did not want a chest freezer. This is just perfect! Runs pretty quietly and matches my all-black appliances perfectly. Also, the doors on each shelf are so very helpful when I have eager helpers that just shove everything in, they make sure I don’t have an avalanche of frozen food every time I open the door. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I like the Maine Silver Upright Freezer. I found it as I expected it. It keeps my stuffs cool, no dripping and doesn’t take huge space.

I purchased this freezer in May 2025 and it worked well. In early December the freezer quit working and ruined all of the contents. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they couldn’t help me and I had to go back to Amazon to pursue a refund. I contacted Amazon And they said that since it was outside 120 days, there was nothing they could do. Amazon could not give me any information about how to contact the seller of the product, Maine Store to pursue a refund or return. This has been a terrible experience, trying to get this resolved and I would not suggest anybody purchase this product based on my experience.

The first freezer I got had a huge dent on the door, even the silver paint was chipped. I returned it. I had to go to the trouble of packing it up, and hauling it in my car to the UPS store. I was offered pick up, but I don’t have the time to be home waiting for a truck to come get it. I got the replacement today, freezer number two. It has a dent on the side. It’s small so I’m keeping this one, but I’m not happy at all. The freezer overall looks well built and spacious. I’m not sure about its functionality until I plug it in tomorrow as I have to wait 24 hours. I took advantage of this purchase because I was offered three payments with no interest directly from Amazon. I would recommend this freezer but keep in mind you most likely will get it dented. The outside packaging is pretty thin cardboard and there is no padding inside so it’s bound to get damaged in transit. I don’t blame Amazon for that. This is the manufacturer poor packaging.
