I'm enjoying this raw yellow Maca powder since I was introduced to using this product by a friend. I use in my smoothies every morning before I work out. Great Product, Horrible Taste
This is a pretty good product, I ordered it for hormonal issues and I feel a pretty huge difference when I take this. I feel more balanced emotionally and I get a lot of energy for it. It kind of is an aphrodisiac and that would give you a lot of urges so there are some situations where it may not be best to take it like if you're going to be out in public all day etc. But in general a really good product that works well.Only thing negative I have to say is how horrible it taste. Maca is an acquired taste, it takes time to grow on you. I can't take more than two small sips at a time without throwing up from how disgusting it is. Kind of wish I went with the pills....
