Came a day before it was expected. Packed well and the product itself is in a really good condition. I like that you can take out the weights. For this reason I ordered the 20kg but have taken out 10kg and will build up my strength to the 20kg. Made me sweat and burn calories on day 1 of using. Hopeful this bag will help my fitness journey

Bag handles are strong. Some bags i have had the handles come off in in time at all.Handles could be better positioned if you wanted to use the bag for curls
