With a slip, this would be a cute ivory skirt, but I got it to use as a petticoat under dresses. I am normally a small, but the 10 I got after measuring and comparing to the chart fits fine. Be sure to separate each layer after you get it for the fullest effect.The sash is just a ribbon and slightly darker, so I probably wouldn't use it even if I was wearing it as a skirt.

You can fluff it up lots, or wear it somewhat flat, so it's versatile. I love it, it made my outfit look just right. And it arrived really fast, in a nice protective 'pocket' to store it in.
