It’s good for what it is it’s just louder than a lot of air compressor and take a while to build pressure but it is only a 1/3 hp compressor and it says 125 psi but it stops at 120 probably for safety reasons

This thing is worthless. The pressure it blows out at max filled tank is weak. It's loud, sure. All air compressors are loud. You can fiddle with the knobs all you like, locating a setting where it blows hard and does not leak is freaking impossible on the unit they sent to me.. It's light weight, ok. But it barely functions. What I want is an air compressor that works. I got ripped off in this situation. I paid for the fancy name brand Craftsman and I got screwed. Which rarely happens in usa. We trust out name brands- but when they all sell out to china & begin producing crap it hurts the world. I just assume it was made in china, I haven't checked a label or anything - just based on the craftsmanship. The plastics on this unit are crummy.. I applied the slightest pressure to the face of the unit and the plastics start to warp inward. Sad. I paid $150 for this.... This was one of the first offers on amazon for air pressure blowing units. So amazon backs crap like this because craftsman has such a good track record. Buy a 3rd party unit. Go off-brand this time is what I recommend. Such an offbrand may be made in China, but at least you KNOW that going into the deal. Down with craftsman tools! We want REAL USA made tools again - and we want them at a fair price. In short- My experiences with this unit were lacking. I wish it worked like advertised. This thing doesn't blow.. It sucks. Sucks a big one.

This product is going strong after 3 years of use. It IS quiet compared to other oiless compressors I have heard.

I bought this for occasional use of some air tools like an impact driver, and filling a car tire now and then on vehicles that sit for a long time. I guess I didn’t know enough about air compressors to understand this is far from ideal for either purpose, though its portability and maneuverability are quite handy. I mean it does work…. You just have to wait several minutes for it to fill between each tire, or after taking off or putting on a single nut/bolt. I’m guessing this is designed for portability and small paint projects or much smaller drills drivers etc. Not going to rate it poorly because I didn’t do research, after doing just a tiny bit I realize the specs match the performance, it seems very solidly built, and it works well. As long as you know what you want, and these specs are sufficient, it is a quality product that I would recommend. Get something larger if you want to quickly fill a car tire that is near flat or run an impact driver or air hammer etc.
