These are absolutely by far the best overnight diaper I have used. They never leak no matter what volume of liquid I empty into them at night. they have some special material that really absorbs & protects with odor. I used them when I had a hip replacement so I wouldn’t have to get my husband out of bed at night to help me into the bathroom. You don’t notice the wetness that much either, they have some kind of wicking property. It is so wonderful that my husband and I can sleep uninterrupted all through the night. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the diaper is it took so long to receive them. A few years ago I had an ankle replacement & I was able to get them in a couple of days. If you know you are going to need them ahead of time I would order them right away. It took me 8 days to get them last time. I have tried many other brands & these are the best. They also have adjustable tabs which are much easier to get on and off than the pull on type, which are much less absorbent too. I am 5’ 3/4” & weigh 95 lbs. & wear the medium. & they work fine, although I may be able to wear a small. I’ve never tried, since I’m so happy with these.

I cannot express how incredibly satisfied I am with these diapers! The absorbency is beyond my expectations getting me through the night without any worries. The medium size for my 32in waist is perfect. While not a huge fan of cloth-backed diapers, these are about the best that I've experienced: smooth, quiet, and don't rub uncomfortably on my thighs like other brands. The hook and loop tapes refastened well a number of times, but as with most brands, I wish they could do so more times without losing their adhesiveness.

These are excellent overnight adult diapers. They hold a great deal without leaking. I would give them five stars, but the price is very high, even for a quality product. Since I can’t find anything that works better for my husband, I continue to buy them.

Works, soft, comfortable, love them

I wear this diaper for 12 hours overnight while I have no caregiver. Many nights, the pad under me doesn't even get wet. This is the most comfortable super absorbent diaper I have found. It is soft on all sides, and doesn't dig in or scratch where upper thigh and torso meet, and is malleable and comfortable throughout the crotch area. The tabs can be unstuck and repositioned easily and repeatedly without damaging the diaper. I am so thankful that I decided to try these. They are my favorite. One regret is that they don't come in a larger size.

I have a back injury that has caused me to become incontinent. I hoped that the tabs would make these pads easier to fit because, even thought there are many brands and sizes it is still hard to get a fit that doesn't leak. I ordered a size large for my size 18 body and they are plenty big. I really had to become creative when it came to getting the 8 inch wide crotch area into my normal 2/3 inch crotch area... Sitting on all those folds was really hard since I had intense nerve pain running down both legs and it just had to go where those heavy folds were. I was already at my wits end by time the pads had arrived so the fact that the company had a really nice video helped immensely. The fit wasn't great but they really absorb. Like full bladder absord. And no leaks. They have a little elastic flap around the legs that is helpful. I think they should add the elastic around the waist. This diaper would be absolutely perfect for a bedriddent patient.

Absorbency is very good! Appreciate that. Also pretty much completely quiet. But personally, I lean more to the plastic backed diapers. They seem to hide unwanted smells WAY better!! Granted, not wearing pants with plastic diapers definitely gives a crinkle that is noticeable, but under jeans or sweats that crinkle is very muffled. Cloth diapers also don't hold on the hips as well as plastic, (if your standing often) unless you wear an adult Onesie.In conclusion: This diaper has amazing absorption. And I love that this company has offered a sample, before buying. I wish other companies would do the same. For my preference, I will stick with plastic diapers, because of their comfort, ability to hide odor better, and what I have witnessed, seem to hold more.The ones that I have found meeting all the above requirements have mainly been ABDL diapers, with the exception of the MEGA MAX diapers from Northshore.I would love to try these diapers again if they came out with a plastic version.

Highly recommended. They can endure a lot. Proven many times, even with a bowel movement. Very comfortable and easy to put on. All "Cotton feels" stretch after a while, including this one. Therefore pull a pair of underpants over it so that nothing slips. Very good for the night. If you have a lot of urine, simply insert an extra pad (Abri Let). I'm very satisfied.

These are massive and not useful for people with active life.
