Perfect Midwest river shoe
Let me just say, I have owned a place on a gravel bottom river for over 50 years. The rocks hurt like hell if you don’t have a decent sole on your footwear. I’ve worn everything from flip flops (forget about it) to old tennis shoes to thin water shoes to real water shoes. These RocSocs are hands down the best of anything I’ve ever tried. Light, drain water easily, mesh uppers that let your feet breathe and solid bottoms that you can walk on gravel all day long without a care. In and out of gravel bars or boats, they don’t slide around when wet. The only thing that would make them perfect is if they had a liner that would cinch around your ankle to keep out the small rocks from getting in there. But I’ve never seen any water shoe with that. If you’re a midwestern river/creek person, these are for you!

Excellent swim/water shoe with support for the price
I've had these shoes for just over two years now and about to buy my second pair because the souls are getting worn from the bottom of my pool and the pull string is getting stretched out. They have been awesome shoes. I've gotten so many people at the pool asking where did I get them and what kind are they because they notice how supportive they are and cute too. I have high arches, a bad back, and knees so I need a good support swim shoe for walking in the pool. These aren't like a tennis shoe with arch support but they have enough that my legs and back don't hurt. I shopped for a while before settling on these. There are plenty more expensive than these but I don't have the budget for those. These were great for the price and held up quite well considering I do aqua exercise 2-3 times a week!

Comfortable but no arch support
Lowdown on this shoe is it is comfortable. Fits nice, although it may run a smidge narrow. Seems to taper in to my toe box a wee bit. But once I was in the water, I felt none of this. And I have no doubt the fit will loosen up some after wearing them a few times. The bad is that this shoe has ZERO arch support. Not good for a shoe in general, but pretty bad for a sports shoe. However, I am pleased to report that after putting in my own insoles, this shoe is now comfy and cozy. Thankfully I had a very good arch support insole I had removed from my Salomon hiking shoes a while back to replace with another. I slid those insoles into the water shoe, and, VOILA, arch support!!I wore these shoes to my water dance aerobics class and for the first time, my feet didn't cramp up. The feel was amazing. I will say, I did slip a touch on the marker tiles in the pool, but those are slippery regardless.Only time will tell how long these shoes will last. But I wasted no time buying a backup pair to have when the need arises. For what I spent on two pairs, you could easily spend on one pair of most other costlier water shoes. Unless, you just want to give your money away, buy these instead. Just get some high quality insoles for them!!

Terrific water shoes
I have used these water shoes for at least five years for water aerobics and for occasional beach walks. They are extremely comfortable and long lasting. I like them because they have good soles and foot support, elastic ties are easy to manipulate and they are light weight. I am delighted to be able to find them on Amazon for such a reasonable price. The local discount shoe store where I have previously purchased is no longer carrying these. Shipping was prompt and all the usual good Amazon service prevailed.

Good value
Overall, the shoes were a good value. The only issue is lack of arch support. However, I bought cheap Target insoles and the problem was fixed. I wore these shoes for hiking and camping along with water activities, like white water rafting. They dried super quick and were comfortable. It was easy to get twigs stuck in mesh but was not a big deal.I recommend for people who either don't need arch support or are willing to buy insoles. I bought cheap ones and the shoes + insoles were still the cheaper than other shoes I saw online.

Great price .Great looking
Excellent fit. Easy on and off. I've never had a problem with them feeling too snug or slipping .They are perfect for me. I had my first pair wear out after MANY years, so I bought 3 more pairs. Great shoes. I will be buying again..

Good aqua fitness shoe!
I use the water shoes for aqua fitness classes. These are the sixth pair I've purchased over the years, and am loyal to the RocSocs brand. Good fit, support and traction on the pool bottom.

Can't say enough good stuff about these water shoes!
Just bought my second pair. I use them almost daily at my condo pool for exercise. They hold up well. I wore the first pair to death. The soles finally began to wear away due to the very rough surface on the bottom of the pool. I particularly love the perpetually laced up/"tied" feature. No need to retie laces over and over, as you do with other water shoes. The water gushes out the mesh areas when I exit pool. I like the beige ones. The are very lightweight and super comfortable and can't say enough good things about them. As much as I might be tempted, I don't use them as street shoes because I don't want to bring extraneous dirt into the pool.
