The product was advertised and pictured as a box of tea. However, upon delivery, I only received 10 individual tea sachets. This is not what was represented on the website and is misleading, as the packaging shown strongly implies a full box of tea rather than a small number of sachets. Had the product been clearly described or pictured as containing only 10 sachets, I would not have made the purchase. I believe the product presentation does not accurately reflect what is supplied

This powered herbal tea mix is pleasantly spicy and warming. It's a powder that dissolves fast so there's no brewing time. It contains some sugar but in my view it gives just the right amount of sweetness. Each sachet is good for a small tea cup so if you use a normal mug (280-300ml), you might want to use 2 sachets, depending on how strong you like it. The box lists many different spices as ingredients but it's probably the pepper that's most noticeable in its flavor profile. I think it makes a great hot drink in the winter months, and I imagine it would be equally good chilled for summer. I would definitely buy this again.
