This definately has a lot of suction,but doesn't "suck" anything out! I prepare my skin by using a Nano steamer for 15 minutes so my pores are very open,then I pat my face to remove excess water,but still leaving my skin soft and moist.I have even used a charcoal mask before the suctiom and nothing works.Plus,it is extremely to.get your skin sucked into the tip,even though I follow the directions and keep it moving constantly over the area. I may return this.
