Kiniki Women's Tan Through Bikini Top Swimwear (5th Generation)

I LOVE this bathing suit! It is a little see-through, but the pattern seems to hide important areas to hide (even though it shows my nipple rings). I wouldn't wear it around kids, just in case, but it's fine to wear with friends. I've asked a few people if they can see through it and they said not unless they're looking for it, so it's not obvious. It does tan through just a little bit, but don't expect the same results as laying out naked, however, it does help blend in the areas that don't typically get sun. I have seen reviews that say that they're disappointed that it doesn't entirely tan you, but you're still putting fabric on your body, so it's expected for it not to tan all the way.The edges and straps are folded over fabric... just like any other piece of clothing, so yes, expect tan lines from the straps. Again, you're putting fabric on your body and since the straps are doubled over fabric, they shouldn't even be expected to tan through. I try to get around that by just moving the straps around when you're wearing the bathing suit so the straps hid different areas to try to blend in those areas that are normally covered.I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a larger size with those posting similar body sizes that I am similar to. I'm 5'2" and 135 lbs. and my bust size is a 34 full D. This top was just a hair too small, but it still looks fantastic! I think the next size up may have been too large.

I love the suit overall. I am a 34D/DD and ordered the 10/12 for the top. I really need the next size up. I will wear this for tanning, but it is not enough coverage to be moving around much. (laughing at myself and NOT posting a picture).This would not work for boating or activities! The 6/8 bottom fit true to my US size 6 (28 waist), I probably could have gone smaller since I will not be running the beach in this!!Overall I feel like the quality is good, all of the strings are long enough and I like the little gold bead detail on the ends. Birds of Paradise are my favorite and I never worry about someone "seeing through" my tan through suit!!

We ordered this tan through bikini for my wife. What arrived was a flimsy bikini which was more likely to fit an 8 year old child. It fit in a greeting sized envelop. We wanted to exchange, but the summer would be over before the replacement arrived. The original cost was $50 of which $16 was postage. When we tried to return, the cost of postage to return this package to UK was $110. What a total rip off. Not sure the flimsy suit would stand a single usage.

First of all, disregard the shipment information when you order that says it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. I ordered top and bottom. Product came…. Quality was great. Bottoms fit perfectly really needed larger size top than recommended by size chart. Contacted customer service and they sent a larger size immediately. Just received it today and it fit perfectly. Great product and great customer service.

It’s ok. Kinda skimpy. I wouldnt wear it in public. It is not see-thru and it is absolutely not tan-thru! You still have tanlines. I think the material is rather rough. For example, I have some scarring on my right breast and this material hurts rubbing against it. Because of this it also chafes the bikini area where I shave. The color is pretty. The ties are kinda short ...I with they were longer.

I was skeptical of this too being thin and see-through but it wasn’t because of the print pattern. It lived up to its expectations of being tan-line free! It also dried much faster than any bathing suit I’ve ever worn. I wish there were more cuter print. I’d buy more!

One nipple is clearly visible on the blue pattern and the other is hidden in the orange. The quality doesn't match the price and you could probably sew one of these with fabric from JOANNs for cheaper. I will use it because its all I have to tan through but I am a bit disappointed, I was really excited. The bottoms are loose around the top and I had to give myself a wedgie so they would stay up, oh well I guess. My husband laughed at me when I walked out all excited because it was goofy only seeing one nipple.
