Reasonable expectations
A sincere suggestion not to be mislead by people who cannot read/do not understand what they have bought and take it out on a perfectly functional device - tanking the rating of a good product for their own issues.This is a Chromebook, and a heavily overpowered one at that (in terms of computing capacity) and should run all tasks that can be expected from it very well, and very fast. Basic document processing, browsing, online-communication should be a breeze.
