SO...you know. NO.---ORIGINAL REVIEWI got this watch for my 7 year old daughter to use while I’m working at the local park. I don’t even know where to begin.The Watch and the app needed to use the watch are both INCREDIBLY frustrating. I haven’t felt this angry over a device in YEARS! It’s not user friendly at all, and I am a tech-savvy person.I’m not sure if it’s just not as compatible with my phone as advertised, or if it’s how the Watch is meant to work, or if it’s because I live in Alaska; but the GPS isn’t working accurately. It just says the Device is Disconnected, but I know it’s not. It only seems to register if my daughter is right next to me, which completely defeats the whole purpose of this device.I had to allow Unknown Callers to call my iPhone in order for her call to come through, even though I added her as a contact (with the number given after registering the Nano SIM card). I tried several different ways to get her call to come through without success until I disabled that feature on my phone: something I vehemently did not want to do.I had to disable the No Stranger Contact on her watch in order for someone in her contact list to call her.All the safety features that made me want this for my daughter are not only frustrating to set up, but don’t work the way I need or want them to.For how much this cost (plus the cost of the Nano SIM card to use it the way it’s intended), I expected an easier to use product that works as advertised.I’m considering whether or not it’s worth keeping or if I should return it. I wanted the peace of mind, and all it’s given me is an abundance of irritation and frustration.I do not recommend this product at all. I wouldn’t give this even one star if that was an option.

I was looking for a smartwatch that would allow my 8 y/o to call or text myself and our family, that had GPS so I could track him when playing with neighborhood friends, plus a few other features without the ability for him to get on the internet/social media … and this watch is perfect for that, at an affordable price. When we had an issue with it earlier on, the seller responded very quickly and has been wonderful with all aspects of their customer service. This is a great option for the age range that you want to be able to speak with them, start your children off with the right amount of responsibility, but they aren’t ready for all the issues that come with unlimited access to the internet. Definitely recommend!

This watch is so hard to work and it’s hard to tiger out how to charge it and for music you have to connect a phone to it and we couldn’t figure it out also randomly it switched launguges and we couldn’t switch it back this watch is terrible my eight year old daughter found out that there is no place for the metal thing on the band there was no holes bad money spent do not buy 😡

My daughter has been asking for a phone but I think she is too young so I got her this. You need to purchase a SIM card on Amazon (search speedtalk) when you buy this. It’s only $5 & it will allow them to call & text from their watch. My plan is to just purchase it once a month. The design is sleek, it really reminds me of my watch. It came with 2 chargers and a mini screwdriver. So far, so good! I will report back after a month with an update.

I got this phone for my 7 year old to call us if she needed anything at school. It has a great screen, and a little camera and flash light on the side as well. It is easily managed through the app that it comes with and we really liked how small it was compared to the ones that Verizon sold a few years ago for kids.
