My brother has frequent bloody noses. These just disappear. They don't clott the blood. I have to spray sinex on them.

Works great for family nosebleeders
My wife and 8 year old both get nose bleeds pretty often. My wife recently used one of these and said it worked surprisingly quick. She said it was comfortable but it did expand quite a bit in the nostril. Better than a piece of toilet paper rolled up and stuffed up your shnoz though 🤷 I do wish they weren't so expensive though.
