Great value for money, lovely colours and easy to assemble! Takes a while to get the hang of but once you have it’s so easy to do! Lovely for beginners, feels soft so don’t hurt to much! Definitely recommend

Once I got back into it - 60 years quite a gap - I'm really enjoying using/playing with this. For me, average height, size UK 12, I needed every section. One less, as recommended by others so tried initially, proved an abject failure. I keep it near the kitchen so easy to grab and use.I seem to have damaged some of the outer material - probably bashing on something as you need a good space - hence the 4 stars which might be unfair.

Easy to assemble and easy to deconstruct for storage. Once it is assembled there are circles on it that you can press to disconnect the parts.Great quality too and an attractive colour (I bought the pink and purple one) - can't fault it.

Fantastic, real easy to get the hang of. A little painful for the first week but you get used to it I had 2 weeks off and just got strait back into it. Good if you havent got much time but still want to do some exercises.

Well all I can say is this hoop gives you the workout of your life... Great that its easily adjustable so I can share it with the my wife.. I'm a six foot plus man and workout on a regular basis.. I thought hula hooping was easy.. It's not!!! Great work for getting a six-pack😉...

Not very good product . Falls apart when using it . Pretty easy to assemble and lovely colours but not the best thing to work out with.

The hoop is exactly as described and comes with cute little pink measuring tape to monitor weight loss. I am a complete beginner so keeping it up is still a struggle for me. I've been practicing for half an hour every day since I got it (3 days) and I am already getting better. Nevertheless the next day you will definitely feel the work out even if you have to pick it up every 15 seconds. Great product.

This product arrived very quickly, and was easy to put together.I bought this item after trying a similar one at my gym. It was very easy to put together and has a good weight to it. The 'wave' bumps on the inside pummel the waist and hips when using it, and together with the effort to keep it going, the hoop gives a good work out. Since I received it, I have used it frequently for up to 20 minutes at a time

Meine ganze Kindheit wollte ich immer hoolahoop können aber es hat nie geklappt. Ich hatte grosse Zweifel das es heute im Erwachsenenalter klappt. Ich würde behaupten das mit diesen hoolhoop es jeder könnte. Ich konnte es nach 5 Minuten und bin total happy. Die Lieferung war schon am nächsten Tag bei mir. Ich würde es sofort wieder bestellen. Der Reifen denke ich hält nicht ewig, nach einer Stunde war schon ein kleiner Riss drinnen aber es stört mich ganz und gar nicht.

Assemblage rapide et tenace. Certes, les premiers jours ça fait un peu mal (utilisation 1 jour sur 2 ou 3), mais on s'habitue vite. En deux semaines, je n'ai plus l'impression de me massacrer la taille et son utilisation en devient vraiment agréable ! Grâce à son poids, les mouvements sont légers, inutiles de se tordre les hanches dans tous les sens, de petits mouvements suffisent.

Il faut surtout protéger son ventre, car au fil de l’utilisation ça vous fait très mal même si c’est recouvert de mousse.Utilisation quotidienne avec une gaine.
