Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I'm writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase.I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it's been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it's been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don't know how to talk to customers and won't even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week.If you're out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won't fall victim to this

It's a good product and it's very much useful for one who having hypercholesterolemic. They can actually eat fried item without oil use . And time setting and all is easy to use

This product is a gem. Ideal for anyone with a tight budget.The 6A plug is a boon. Most air fryers have 16A plug, so this could be an issue for people staying at hostels, etc. The 6A plug makes it easy to use this anywhere.Although the capacity seems small, it does hold enough food. You can easily cook for 3-4 members in one go.Quite impressed with the way the cooking results are. I did not expect so much good cooking quality from this air fryer given it's price. I have used many other expensive air fryers in the past, but this being a budget option, still performs well.The digital display works flawlessly. Did not find any issue with respect to usability. The glossy finish picks up fingerprints easily, but that's not a big deal.Cleaning this is easy as well. Just don't use a hard scrubber. If you have a dishwasher, nothing like it.All in all, if you're on a budget and looking for a solid, no-nonsense air fryer that gets the job done — go for this one. It’s excellent value for money and won’t disappoint.

I have brought this product from this merchant. Just used once then the power went down and becomes non functional.Later called the Piegeon customer care support and the technical team raised a ticket and comes fixed the issue(that is what he said).Then next day I cooked and same issue happens and when I contacted the person he was not responding and when I contacted the support no reponse.Also draft a mail to the peigeon official support mail, nothing surprise happens; no reponse.Now its here I will show you and picture its kept under the packed cardboard safe and secure. If you don’t mind please arrange a pickup to take it back or If you consider my review as serious please take necessary action as asap.If you are treating your customers like this, please dear reviewers keep in mind my words.Every money matters even if its ₹10!
