a pantry staple going forward
So I had vegetarian friends coming over - and decided to make bolognaise with this - and it was the easiest most delicious thing ever. I cooked it with a little onion, ginger, garlic, added tomato pulp, a little bit of chilli crisp to give it an arrabiata kick - and my dinner guests LOVED it. One can was more than enough for dinner for 5! Such a good staple to keep in the pantry, and such an easy weeknight option too. I so prefer this to fake vegetarian meats - this is made from an actual whole food. And I love that I am supporting a women-led business. Ordering more!!!

Sorry y'all, the can was dented and when opened it smelled like cat/dog food. I think we got a bad can.Didn't cook or eat it.

My favorite way to eat Jungle Jack is to make it into patties or balls and fry or bake, and serve with rice, noodles or on a bread bun. It’s so versatile, delicious and made up of nutritious ingredients. A personal favorite from Jungle Kitchen.
