You get the benefit of 8 ingredients in one easy to swallow capsule. The capsule are easy to digest without an aftertaste. You receive a nice quantity of capsules. The eight active ingredients in one capsule reduces the number of pills you need to take daily - really nice!

Shilajit is the main ingredient advertised on the bottle, followed by a list of other ingredients more widely known and studied. Shilajit is an ingredient I’ve heard of and wanted this opportunity to test it myself… but unfortunately, I did not see any noticeable benefit that would want me to label this as anything other than a possible placebo.Through some research of my own, one of the main benefits to shilajit is an increase in testosterone levels, allegedly. However, the only increase I felt was an upset stomach on multiple days of taking the supplement.Also, what made this product even more questionable was the labeling… it’s not aligned and cut poorly, only making my concerns heightened.I’ve used the product for 2-3-weeks now, as directed, and didn’t want to rush my review without proper judgement. Unfortunately, I recommend seeking shilajit elsewhere.
