When Clinique discontinued one of the very best dark brown mascaras in the business, a super thin brush mascara that was dark brown, not black-brown, I floated around trying to find a replacement. After some years of trying this and that -- the most recent a mascara that came out so clumpy and so dark that I threw it out -- I came across LASH PARADISE made by L'Oreal Paris. At my advanced age I don't give a hoot about "high impact" but I do want to give my thinning eyelashes a bit more bulk w/o that dark black sooty look. This product fulfills all my needs and, if this product gets pulled off the market then us "brown is best" gals will be truly annoyed. My only caveat is the brush, which could be a bit thinner. Other than that, the product works great!

This is absolutely my favorite mascara. I have skimpy eyelashes, and this makes them longer and thicker. I also like that they offer it in brown rather than black. I'm older and don't like the stark contrast of black on my eyes. So this nice dark brown looks more natural

I got this as a dupe for the Better Than Sex Chocolate mascara, and it’s fine. The higher end is still better, but this works well for something almost a third of the price.

This brush is much thicker than I realized. Now that I’m use to it I like the thicker brush very much. The colors are accurate and applying is easy. Very happy with purchase!

I am tempted to believe that I just got an old batch of the product ☹️ I used to wear this mascara back in the day and was obsessed with it. I’ve been wearing tubing mascara (Thrive Causemetics) for a few years now, which I love. But I had a photoshoot coming up and I wanted a more dramatic lash look for that, and needed product fast, so I got this.The product felt way too dry. It was hard to even coat my lashes at all. And it was almost too “light” to hold my lashes in the curled position. Thankfully, it’s a cheap product, so I’m not as disappointed as I would’ve been if this were $$$$. But I’m disappointed, nonetheless, that I didn’t get the look I was hoping for.The photos shows what my lashes *can* look like, with the right product (me in the button down shirt), vs what my lashes looked like that day for the photo shoot (me in the off-the-shoulder shirt)

This brown is flattering and adds thickness with controllable clumping. The brown pairs nicely with a brown liner and looks great on a lower contrast complexion. It washes off very easily too!

I hadn't used mascara in years and wasn't sure how I'd tolerate this product between allergy eyes and seb derm. But it doesn't bother me and it looks good. Is a big help.

I like this product and I love the brown color, and I definitely like that it is not clumpy, but it also almost does not show up unless you do many coats. I have very fine, thin lashes, and maybe I just need a little bit more oomph. It’s fine, but not great.
