Very gentle and hydrating

I purchased the complete Beauty of Joseon skincare collection, including the serum, toner, and sunscreen, etc. The items arrived well-packaged and securely sealed, which I appreciate. Before using the products, I watched official tutorials to ensure proper application and followed instructions exactly as recommended. However, within a short period of using the products, my skin broke out into hives and became irritated. I had to stop using the products entirely and switch to a gentler, more affordable product from a local store (Family Dollar) to calm the reaction. I want to clarify that I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the bottles, and I do understand that everyone’s skin reacts differently. This may be a rare case, but I strongly urge others—especially those with very sensitive skin—to perform a patch test or consult a dermatologist before using these products. This feedback is meant to be constructive and to help others make an informed decision.
