Looks great but..
I hate what they did with Burt and the worms as the worms they are using for the movie are supposed to be African specific as said in Tremors 5 but nope they changed it also the first 5 minutes of this movie seems like a high school film student had this so totally cool idea and had to make all these out of place body pieces go everywhere it's just meh. Not as good as 5 or Skreiker Island imo. Still fun to watch or have in your collection on and watch on the days you don't want to think and just be entertained.

Another Monster Fun
I like these movies. I have all of them. A little Adventure, a little scary, and thank goodness I’m not the one who gets drenched in monster goo.

Tremors 6 fixes a lot of Tremors 5 problems and more
Tremors 6 feels like it is trying to fix many problems Tremors 5 had, but still isn't there just yet. That doesn't mean this film isn't a fun little ride, because it is. First, I'll start with what I liked about the film. When I first heard about the Burt infected by graboid venom, I thought that idea was so dumb.... till.... I watched the movie and it made more sense (even though in reality a lot of the things that happened in this film never made much sense. For example, the underground electric fence didn't make sense if you think about it, but we will just go with it). I won't say too much, but it's not graboid "venom", but more of a tape worm like parasite inside Burt. And I like the way they put that into the story, especially when it had something to do with what happened to Burt in the past. They also fixed one of my biggest gripes about Tremors 5, and that is showing more of the graboids. Tremors 5 you hardly every saw the graboid, and when you finally did, it wasn't till half way through the film. Now, the things I did not like about the film. Tremors 6 is a enjoyable film, but why are the graboids the same design as the "african graboids"? Why not bring back the old design? I miss the old look and I wish we saw more of them and less of these new african graboids brought back again. Why not change the design just a little to fit the arctic location? Cg is fine in some cases, but I don't ever feel these characters are really ever in danger. With the puppet work, the graboids felt like real animals. They did use some puppet work in this film, but it was very little. Overall, I did like the film, and I am happy to own it on Blu Ray. Maybe Tremors 7 they can bring back the original, at least I really hope so..

Great for my collection
I'm a fan of the Tremors series and it was great to see father and son join forces again and it was great that Val's daughter is part of the geological team and you geta little background about Val's parent.

Artic Worms!
Hi. Ah, Burt Gummer and son. What a pair. For a change, the guy I liked didn't die-the one who goes up the tower. Usually every guy I pick out dies. What is that? Anyway, this one doesn't. Once every 1000-movies it happens. This one takes place after Tremors 5 'Bloodlines' and Tremors 'Shrieker Island'. There a referencing back to the 2nd Tremors when a worm 'ate' Burt in a barrel...and Graboid venom. Something new to think about. And a naked Burt to boot, sort of. Pretty good show, lot of action, some worms, bad guys who might be government, and you know how Burt gets about that. If you love big worms and Burt, then this is a must. See for yourself what I mean. Fire

Great Movie but Falls Behind the Previous Ones
I usually do not attempt to review movies because everyone is completely different in their tastes, but I felt the need to express my opinions. I know I am late to make this review. I got into watching all of the movies, and I realized I never reviewed this movie. In "Tremors: Aftershock," Burt Gummer famously said, "I think I've been denied critical need-to-know information!" Well, before you purchase this 6th film of the series, I think you should know some critical information.I absolutely love all the Tremor movies, including this one. I've watched the original 4 so many times before the last two were produced. Each movie has new twists and turns. The creatures morph into something new, something even more frightening. So I was anxious to get my hands on the "A Cold Day in Hell" when this one was released. I pre-ordered the day I was able to.After receiving the movie, I unwrapped it as fast as Flash! I couldn't wait to watch it. That evening I sat down, grabbed a bag of popcorn, a coke, and turned the TV on.My impressions:I was not thoroughly impressed. Don't get me wrong, I loved this movie, but Tremors 6 did not have the same vibe as the previous 5. There was no major change in the creatures. They were mostly the same as Tremors 5's worms / Assblasters.SPOILIER: The only difference I could see was they could go in water...only showing in one scene. And milking a graboid? This movie could have easily been much better. There was no reason a new creature or something completely unimaginable could have taken place. It just did not, and that reason alone makes me give it a lower rating. The acting by Micheal Gross was great as always. Jamie Kennedy isn't the best, but he gives it his all!OVERALL: Do I recommend this movie? Heck yeah! If you love Tremors, you'll love this one. I just can not give it a 5 star rating due to the vague differences between the 5th and 6th film.

Another fabulously cheesy installment!
Love the Tremors films. They are either love it or not - it's a love from me. Only thing really different - they were all speaking quite fast, reminded me of Dan Ackroyd in Dragnet. British accent on one character was awful - so hammed up, not really British, but then I guess it fits with the films.
