i tried these out for a couple weeks and yes, they do give a little extra zing and energy to your step if you're a keto diet person.It seems to seep caffeine through your skin along with vitamins and a keytone mixture. I can say that I do feel it's doing something... but I'm still unclear how much it's doing.The patch is fairly comfortable and does attach well; It stays where you stick it until you peel it off. Peel off is fairly easy and doesn't hurt too much.Why not try it out for yourself? I personally had a good experience with these.

I have been using the patches for about a month and I don't see ANY increase in fat loss, energy or focus.I gave it 1 star because the patches stick well and don't irritate my skin, but I don't have sensitive skin, so there's that.

I actually am way more active and motivated to get a lot of things done around the house that I was procrastinating on. No idea about weight loss yet so only 4 stars, but I'm liking these patches. I use 2 on each arm daily. NOT paid for this review either. You're welcome!

I do Intermittent Fasting a lot. When I am fasting, I need vitamines and other minerals, but I don't want to take pills that will break my fast. These patches are easy to use. Place one on a hairless part of the body and forget about it. I get all the vitamines and minerals I need with the is patch. I apply one in the morning and remove it at night before I go to bed. This is a game changer for me!!

I am disappointed in that I have not seen any difference in my cravings, let alone weight loss. Maybe it''ll work for someone more disciplined in following a specific diet.

The Veru Wellness - Keto Complete Daily Patch, is really easy to use, and (so far) it works great - I just started using them, so I cannot say how effective they are long-term yet, but I have already noticed an increase in my energy level, and focus/concentration. These patches are an easy way to take supplements without any side effects (such as stomach issues resulting from swallowing pills, capsules, tablets, etc). These patches adhere very well and are gentle on my sensitive skin - my skin is awfully sensitive to adhesives, I usually cannot use anything with adhesive on my skin (bandaids even cause problems), but these patches don't bother my skin at all! They honestly feel like a second skin - very soft, gentle, thin, and flexible - after I put one on, I hardly even notice I'm wearing it (I've actually forgotten to take it off once, or twice). Overall, I think these are very well made with high quality ingredients - definitely worth the price. At first I wasn't too sure about these patches. The evidence for absorption of nutrition thru the skin is limited, however, MCTs are a GREAT carrier for crossing the skin and bringing in vitamins and minerals. While I haven't yet lost weight, I do feel more energy. This equates to more movement, so perhaps a few pounds can be shed. The adhesive has not irritated my skin. I tried these on the belly and back of my arm, and they stuck well. I only left them on for a short time in the morning so I'm not overly awake at bedtime. They do seem to provide some energy. I haven't tested with a ketosis breath meter or "dip sticks" to see if they aid in ketosis, but I do have a bit more energy. If swallowing pills is difficult, these might be a solution.
