No drilling, no hanging - easy full body workout!!
Hitting a punch bag engages various muscle groups, excellent and very affordable choice for a full body workout!!Don’t have to hang this bag from a ceiling which is a huge bonus for me, too!No drilling, etc. - straightforward and easily store out of sight when not using.

Awesome punching bag
I bought this punching bag and it’s been awesome. The setup was super easy. I just filled the base with water and air, pumped up the bag, and it was ready to go. It’s really fun to use, great for letting off some steam, and it actually gives you a solid workout. I’ve been using it for kicks and punches, and even my kids get a kick out of it (literally). Totally recommend if you want something fun and active at home.

Good Boxing Workout for Home but Not as Good as the Gym
I train with a boxing coach and I wanted a way to train at home without having to drive to the gym every day. This Standing Punching Bag by Yorwhin is fun to punch and it works for some real boxing practice but it’s not the practice that I get from the bags at the gym. I have the water reservoir filled ¾ of the way (so I can move it as needed) but it’s stable and sturdy with that amount of water. It’s also a great stress reliever too – highly recommend a couple punches at the end of a rough day!

Great way to practice kick boxing accuracy!
Fairly easy to assemble. You just have to fill base with water ( I used my garden hose) and then use your own electric pump to fill lower chamber and then top chamber. You will want to do this in the area that you will be using this as after you add the water it is quite heavy. You can put a rug or something similar under it if you want to slide it across a floor by pulling on the rug. It will be a workout on its own filling it with a hand pump. Once fully assembled it worked quite well for practicing accuracy on kicking. We also used it as a punching bag. I really think kids, young adults, and older folks will enjoy getting a wirkout with this. You will need batteries. My 24 year old son and I have been enjoying using it.

Need air pump
This product is very hard to blow up you definitely need some type of air pump to make it easier

Was busted at the valve
The packed item was pierced and wouldn’t hold air. Waste of money. Disappointed child.
