low quality part
After using the juicer maybe 8 times the filter component broke while juicing some carrots and after contacting the manufacturer they do not offer anyway of buying replacement parts.

Cant Disassemble easily
How in the heck donyou Disassemble the bowl and auger components ? I use the juicer but the bowl, screen and auger are extremely stuck inside. I have no secure way of removing g the auger without breaking something. My unit is brand new so what did I do wrong ?

Broke after 5 or 6 juicing sessions
The device worked acceptably and cleaning wasn't fun; however, it broke on me on the 5th or 6th juicing session. I contacted the manufacturer since the warranty is good for a year. They did not have spare parts and were unable to ship me a replacement unit - even though they are still available on Amazon. They offered a gift card for the price of the juicer.

I was very happy and then the Strainer Blade cracked and then broke!
It worked great and I was happily juicing away when the Strainer Blade cracked. I have only used carrots, celery, ginger, turmeric, and greens in the unit so there is no legitimate reason for it to break. Canoly! I need help finding a replacement strainer!

Crushing screw broke
I was initially very pleased with the performance of this juicer. It effectively extracted juice from a variety of fruits and vegetables, and I appreciated its sleek design. However, after a few months of regular use, the crushing screw broke, causing food to get stuck inside the juicer. This not only made the juicing process inefficient but also made cleaning the appliance a hassle.To make matters worse, I have been unable to find a replacement part for the broken component, which has essentially rendered the juicer unusable. While I enjoyed the juicer's performance before this issue occurred, I am disappointed in the product's durability and the lack of available replacement parts. I hope the manufacturer addresses these concerns in the future to ensure a more satisfactory experience for customers.

Keeps getting stuck
Such a hassle to take apart for cleaning. This is my second unit, I returned the previous one because it was impossible to disassemble. Ran into the same problem with a new one. It won’t even budge. Waste of time, spent over an hour trying to take it apart with no luck. Waste of money, it has to be trashed.
