These wrist and ankle weights are such an upgrade from the old clunky ones I have been using forever. They are lightweight, sleek, and so much easier to put on and take off. I love that they work just as well whether I wear them on my wrists or ankles, and they look great too. Good budget alternative to Bala bangles! It is pretty comfortable, and the velcro is super strong so it won’t fall off easily. They are good quality and easy to use, especially for the price!

I purchased the set in Shining. Easy to adjust. You need to be careful on one end because the triangular piece can slide off. You will need to thread the elastic band back through the triangle. I found them comfortable to wear. They did not feel heavy or uncomfortable.

These are pleasant to look at, comfortable to wear and a great way to increase strength just by wearing them.

I love these! Fit comfortably on wrist or ankle. I looked at much more expensive ones but I'm so glad I gave these a try. They Velcro on easily and the weights do not dig into me and can be moved around to assure comfort. The silver color is so cool, much prettier in person than online, actually more of a sparkle finish. Love them!!
