Very flavorful! Love it!

My partner just loves it. Me not so much, but I am not an onion fan.

We were recently in Sicily and LOVED Sicilian onion jam which was served with cheeses. I thought I got so lucky finding this Amazon product. It's awful if you want it used as an accompaniment to a cheese/meat plate, as it's advertised to be good for, and what I bought it for. It basically tastes like raw onions and sugar, with no depth of flavor, no onion caramelization naturally bringing out the sugars as long-cook time does with onions, no notes of balsamic and flavors of Italy. If you want to cook with it, it's serviceable, but why would anyone pay this much money for max 50 cents for an onion and sugar you're cooking with? Returned.
