Doesn't fit.
The product doesn't fit on the rear fender. The seat back supporting framework is too shallow by at least an inch, creating a huge gap and making it impossible to put the nuts on the bolts without getting longer bolts and putting in spacers to compensate for the gaps.

Just ok
Was not an exact fit for my 2003 Yamaha V Star 1100 Silverado. Had to make shims and hardware. Chrome plating started flaking off as soon as I took it out of the box. But, it is inexpensive and finding a nice O.E.M. backrest for a bike this old is very difficult so, I am making it work.

Great product for the money.
Pretty solid backrest, easy assembly. The backrest pad is cheap and poor quality but that was expected and will be replaced. I would recommend this product. Other sellers are selling backrests of the same quality for over a hundred bucks. This is a no brainer.
