I can say that the quality of this product is good and whilst it is well made
I didn't realise at the time of purchase that this item is sent direct from China. I need to return it but fear the postage costs and so will have to keep it. I have a serious ongoing back problem which has resulted in surgery twice. I can say that the quality of this product is good and whilst it is well made. We are all individuals with differing spinal problems and I can only say that this product isn't for me.

Really disappointed..
This pillow was squashed so tightly into its packaging that it was completely deformed and flat. It didn't change when I left it out. Really disappointed....and seems really small? Whether it's because it's squashed I'm not sure.....but over all for me, this was a waste of money and am returning it.

4th time lucky.
Great shape, keeps a gap between the knees, even enough for a decent breeze.Stays in place. It's the 4th one l have tried, and is my favourite.I don't think the gap will break down overtime, because it's been 3 months and still as good as new.

Absolutely brilliant!
I've not had a single pain n my lower back since I started using this cushion on my office chair. I'm not a slender person but it feels perfectly sized for my frame.

Good for extra support but not for those suffering from lower lumber issues
Thanks as good at first but after a while became uncomfortable so had to purchase an alternative
