Okay Probiotic, minimal Difference
This probiotic seems like it has a good amount of Akkermansia, but I'm not noticing anything significant since I started taking it.

Didn't do a thing...
This product did nothing for me and i took it for months. I have since heard that akkermansia needs to be in a form that can pass the stomach safely since the stomach acid will destroy the bacteria since they are anaerobic and therefore this product is useless.

Probiotics are essential for a healthy gut and this supplement does an excellent job with that.I've been using this for a while and can feel a difference after just a couple of weeks of use.As with all supplements, always consult with your healthcare provider before using.As for this probiotic, I highly recommend it.
