Purchased this product for my 11-year-old daughter to use for casual listening. Received on 9/14/17. Initially very happy with the product, but about 10 days ago the sound started cutting in and out. A simple jiggle of the jack corrected the problem temporarily. Then two days ago, the headset would not work at all. There is no sign of damage or even wear on the product. It's only 6 weeks old, but as always the case, we are beyond our one-month return window.@MUCRO what are my options here?****UPDATE****The company reached out and offered to replace the product. It arrived a few days after the email exchanges with the support team. Product looks good. Hoping this one lasts longer and that we simply received the single bad unit in the batch last time. Good of MUCRO to make the situation right. Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I bought these wired headphones for running long distances. I had only been going 3-6 Miles when I first started using them. I went on an 8 mile jog on Tuesday and when I used them Thursday morning one of the buds didn’t work. I had to continue to work the cord and move it around to get staticky sound. I haven’t had these more than 2 months. I assume too much sweat from my longer jog got into the ear buds. Oh well!

This is the second time I purchased these. Sound and comfort are okay, but the buds separate really easily from the piece that goes around the ear. The point, for me, was to get a set that stayed in the ear -- I can't use earbuds separately. So there won't be a third round.

I am just not a fan of ear buds. Period. They don't stay in. I thought that having the ear hooks would help, it does not. It actually complicates things because you have to get the ear bud portion angled in your ear just so for the ear hooks to sit right. I have tried all the sizes that came with the headphones, none of them stay.

I gave this item a bad review because I had difficulty putting them on. Since then I realized I was attempting to put them on incorrectly. You have to put them on like a pair of eye glasses. Looping them over the top of the ear. They are now working very well.

These are great for over-the-ear headphones, especially if you have "small ears" that make it unfordable to wear standard earbuds. The only drawback is that the ear hook portion can detach from the earbud really easily, so I lost one and had to buy a whole new set.

Very comfortable. Especially for small ears. I will say....they don’t hold up and last long. I’m ordering my 4th pair in a year. I really like them. I just wish they lasted longer.

These head phones were okay. The sound quality is good, but I have petite ears, so they really did not stay on the tops of my ears as comfortably as could have been. Headphones also came with a microphone, handy, but not needed.
