I decided to start taking TMG after doing some research for my training. I’m in my 50’s now and train in the gym 5 days a week, but my recovery was not as fast as I was hoping. I do seem to be recovering faster and I don’t fatigue as fast in the gym, plus, I have noticed a decrease in my visceral fat, so fingers crossed, this is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. The brand is unknown to me, I just looked at the reviews and tried my luck, but the quality does seem to be good. The capsules are easy to swallow, I take 3 capsules daily with my post workout protein shake everyday. I’ve noticed a difference, so I would recommend anyone give them a try.
