Oooooooooo this is the BEST THING IN THE WORLD FOR A HEADACHE!!! Especially sinus and migraine! I got it because I have been suffering terribly with a sinus infection for weeks and this beautiful item gave me so much relief! I didn’t try to heat it up but it gets cold just great and really room temperature feels amazing too! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this product. I went back and immediately ordered my husband one. It’s so incredibly soft uncomfortable, and I’ve got a pretty big head! Only $10! Sold!!!!

I’ve tried a few caps like this for my migraines, this is by far the best one. others would squeeze my head too tight and that’s the last thing i want when i have a migraine. this one is extremely comfortable and helps provide some relief. it gets cold very fast in the freezer and is much softer than other ones i’ve tried. it seems to be good quality and covers from the top of my head down to my under eyes.

Love this! I get migraines where I need to sleep and be cold but my head is still throbbing - this helps. I recommend getting two because it’s so cold when you pull it out of the freezer, but warms up quickly and you might want another cold one if you’re like me to help manage the pain. The smell is weird right out of the packaging and takes a while to get used to. I do appreciate the thickness of the mask. Helps put pressure on my head which helps

Absolute life saver & pain reliever. I can sleep in this comfortably, its so soft. Very slight smell, but it does not bother me (& most scents do). Perfect fit & snug. Freezes fairly quick, stays cold for about an hour.
