So much better than a conventional fridge. Made truck life a lot easierUpdate!Lasted 6 months before giving itself to God!

This freezer worked fine for several months, now suddenly it won't go below 34 degrees. I've defrosted it, let it rest for hours, and Amazon nor the seller will let me contact them for information about repairs, warranty, anything. Very frustrating - liked it but need help and it's not accessible.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good, seems to be working fine. Temperature dropped tremendously. Let's see how cold it actually gets.

Had our first camping trip with this cooler and very impressed! We were able to fit way more in the cooler since we didn’t have to have room for ice. We plugged it in ahead of time,filled it, and then drove 4 hours. Everything was still cold when we got there. I left it set on the coldest temperature but quickly learned how well it works and had to prior the lid to let things thaw out. After adjusting the temperature it worked perfectly. Also didn’t notice much temperature change when we had to open it to get stuff out. It runs fairly quietly.

Love the idea of this portable refrigerator but on the first road trip, it came unplugged and now I can't connect it. Update: it was a user error on my part which Amazon customer service helped me fix. Love the product and service.
