Adorable but cheaply made
My daughter LOVED/S this backpack however after using for less than one month two zippers have already broke. Now we don't use the front pocket and only have one zipper for the bag itself so hopefully it holds out as I'm not looking to buy another $20 backpack until the next school year.

Good quality - better than I imagined!!
Good quality, straps are cushy and strong, inside and the base are padded, and there's an extra pocket inside for r ttablets, small laptop etc. Definitely better than I imagined. Would purchase this brand again.
