I like this filter. Just drop it in and go. Takes all the chlorine taste out of the water. It also balances the pH which makes it healthier for you!

Very useful and easy to use! It also lasts a long time so you’re not super worried about changing it every month like other filters. I recommend this product!

This was easy to wash and install, and the water tastes SO good.

It was easy to replace this filter. The quality seems good. We use this filtration for our baby bottles and it’s nice to have right in her nursery. The value seems good for what you pay.

I first ordered my Waterdrop pitcher in May, 2023. I also ordered three of the blue replacement filters to have on hand. After almost 3 months, it was time to change the original (white) filter, which worked great and the water tasted great as well.I opened one of the new blue alkaline filters, and it was covered in black powdery dust. I soaked it for 15 minutes like the instructions said, and the black still wouldn't come off! I used a clean damp dish towel and tried to get the black off, and it still wouldn't come clean. I ran 3 or 4 pitchers of water through it, and tasted the newly filtered water. It was horrible! Now it's too late to return, and I will end up throwing all three filters in the trash. What a waste of $40!**UPDATE: 8/31/23**After my original review, I was contacted by the seller, and they offered to make things right! To my surptise, they offered to send me 3 white filters that comes originally with the Waterdrop Pitcher. I accepted, since I MUCH preferred the white filters to the blue filters, so I was happy and very grateful. Five stars for stellar customer service, and the white filters. Thanks for everything, Carlota!
