Q: how many drill bits come with it and can you buy spare ones

The bits come with the packs of screws not the tool. The screws are self drilling and automatically remove the wood from the hole to prevent splitting. There is one driver bit with each pack of screws usually.

Q: The existing decking is 127mm this is smaller than the stated board width minimum ie,13.3cm-14.6cm? Do I need a different Camo model?

they make different Camo models each with varying tolerances to sort widths. Just be aware that mine was terrible it split the wood on virtually every other one and did not screw in tight on about 40% after about 4 rows of decking i gave up and went back to the old system of drilling and screwing them in from the side by hand. Personally i would not waste your money.
