A cracking adventure! Highly recommended
What an absolutely fantastic book! Love the excellent illustrations and the unlikely hero Arthur who shows bravery and resilience in the face of fierce criticism and danger. Adventure, excitement, magic and fun! Bought for my 7 year old son who also thoroughly enjoyed it as he is interested in the Norse gods, but ended up using it in my English lessons for my Year 3 class as well because we liked it so much. My pupils were massively engaged by it and there is so much to explore through both reading and writing lessons. The pages are matt and such good quality, they smell amazing!

Great book!
This detailed and beautiful book contains amazing pictures accompanied by a spectacular story. Moreover, I recommend this book for years 3 and 4 (ages 6-9 years old) as it has a very simple story line and easy vocabulary. However, it's great if you want an easy read or are a picture book lover!

The best Brownstone book!
This is my favourite book to read with my Year 4 class every year. It's always such a big hit, they absolutely love it, and are so excited to read it over and over. I love all the Brownstone books but I think this is my personal favourite. The illustrations are fantastic and the story is great. 'Legs as sturdy as two cooked noodles' is my favourite line!

Aon has lived the book.
Purchased for my eight year old son who is reading this for school and to use as a basis to expand on storytelling, character study etc etc. I'd it's definitely a good choice by the school as he has certainly shown enthusiasm in his reading and more importantly analysis pieces! Illustrations are bold and quirky.

Una historia de aventura y comedia, combinada con mitología nórdica. Creo que es un libro increíblemente ilustrado que atrapa a niños y no tan niños. Llegó en las mejores condiciones, libro en pasta dura.

My 5 year old loved this book! It broadened his vocabulary, taught him about mythical times & creatures, kept his attention for 45 minutes, and the heroine teaches about bravery. The illustrations are just as exciting as the reading and we found lots of little treasures in the pictures. I noticed my son was loosing interest in reading and this was able to draw him in and captivated him without screen time. WIN!!
