So yeah, it isn't great. UPDATED: But it got better.
UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered me a FULL REFUND. But, I did not want a refund, as I wanted functioning action figures. They gladly sent me another complete set and I have easily been able to get (at least) 4 good and fully functioning action figures from the additional four they sent. This is excellent customer service so I have update my rating to 5 stars. This is the way it should be.So, basically, most of the negative reviews are pretty accurate. But, I think with a little super glue I can make things work better. Several of the smaller parts (knee caps, shoulder pads, feet) fall off very easily. I already broke an elbow by trying to slowly force the elbow joint to bend. It broke way before I thought it would (cheap plastic???). Anyway, they weren't that expensive and I still feel like they will meet my needs. YMMV

Terrible Quality
I bought these because my son is very into toys that can move/bend. These action figures just fall apart. The feet don't stay on, the arms pull off when you try to pose them. I just threw them out. Such a waste of money.

Fun little things and good for artists but quality is questionable.
So these little things are great for posing when doing something artistic like drawing, painting or sculpting, they are much like the larger wood artist manikins. But these are a bit more articulate, however, the two sets I bought, all the elbow joints were almost impossible to move, causing me to think they were assembled improperly. The yellow one is how they come initially assembled and wouldn’t bend forward and bending backwards the tip of the elbow stops movement. So I played around with the joint and reassembled the grey one in a different color that I think works better. This allows for proper movement of the arm. While it’s a relatively simple fix, the material isn’t the highest quality and will break easily if you are not careful as shown in the last photo.

Fun Action Figures
My grandson asked me to purchase these as the parts are interchangeable and he wanted to have fun making his own action figures. They are very inexpensive. They were shipped quickly. The quality is of good quality and he is having fun changing the parts around.

Cool looking, but fell apart just trying to pose
Good concept, poor execution. Do not buy. Figures are good in concept but joints are awkward to use, snapping far to easily and should not be how they are.Cons:• Joints are too loose or overly tight.• Poor ankle joints make figures difficult to stand.• Tight joints can easily snap and have little to no give.• No 3mm stand adaptor for aerial or dynamic poses.• Parts such as shoulder panels, neck piece, and hips are not glued on and can easily fall off.• Overuse of ball joints.• Forearms and shins can move and shift which can block knee and elbow bends.Pros:• Once in a pose, while wobbly, looks very good.• Good assortment of accessories including hands and weapons.Grey One - Right arm snapped off, and left arm is a leg. This lowers the positive score for letting this quality control issue get through. While it is the most stability issues of the three.Blue One - The most wobbly of the trio and CANNOT hold a pose. Constantly falling over and ankles are the worst of the three.White One - The most stable of the bunch. Has the best ankles of them all. But is still easily able to fall over
