Product is really good and designed very well. Majorly their service is amazing. As I faced some issues with the product and the way my query was handled and resolved is just brilliant.

The product design is so practical, they have designed it keeping the users requirement in mind. So it's suitable for all types of clothes, especially sarees and kids clothes can't be hanged and ironed easily, I needed a regular iron box for it.Only thing is we need to use filter water or water below 50 TDS.

Not so good.. first it takes lot of time to start.. n it’s holder is also not good.. if we make table it start shaking it’s not stable

I have been using the Rossmann garment steamer for three weeks now and couldn’t be happier with its performance. It works wonderfully on all fabrics, delivering perfect results without any risk of burning. Even lightweight materials come out flawlessly.I recently tried it on blazer, and it gave excellent results, just as I expected. The steamer makes ironing much faster and more efficient.The only drawback is the ironing board provided with the product, which isn’t strong enough for pressing. I use my regular sturdy ironing board instead, and it works perfectly with the steamer.Overall, this is an outstanding product that has made my ironing routine much easier and more effective. Highly recommended.

It is so easy to use . Must say this has been made so thoughtfully especially the tilting angle where you can tilt the board as per the convienience. The features are really very good . It has both the option for dry and steam iron. Must say Rossman has made the best iron in India . Must buy

Been having one of the worst customer service experiences with both the brand and Amazon. There's been no help.The product isn't functional. All I've wanted to do is claim warranty - but to no response from the brand. I've been following up w Amazon, my only other POC for weeks - everytime each call takes hours and no resolution is given.The product isn't worth it's salt.

We researched extensively before we bought the steamer. It’s an excellent product very easy to use and highly efficient. We also got amazing after sales service on it when we encountered a problem and the product was repaired very quicklyHighly recommended
