Well built and nicely designed with a wedge shape to create a nice tilted keyboard without having to use the build in legs. The fan are basically silent running and the air flow produced by them is modest not substantial. Someone living in a hot country may want something more powerful to cool their hi performance laptop, but for me this product seems adequate for my needs. My huge and heavy 17inch gaming laptop does want to slide off the cooling pad so I am going to invest in some type of rubber patches in the four corners of my laptop to see if that solves the problem, but my laptop is a bit of a monster and most of the rubber feet is came with have long since disappeared, so it may just be me.Overall it is an excellent cooling pad, solidly built, and well designed. I recommend it.

I'm extremely happy with this, my first laptop cooling pad. Not having had or seen one before, I didn't really know what to expect; it was an IT officer at work who recommended I get one for my laptop's overheating problem. It has certainly done the trick. I had always had my laptop on a wire cooling rack (the ones you cool biscuits or mince pies on) and melamine serving tray combo - this saved it from too much in the way of dust and overheating for the first 7 years - but now something more pro-active was required! I picked the 3-fan one, as the main heat was coming from my laptop's bottom left hand corner. Instead of getting hot, it now barely gets lukewarm - and the size of the cooling pad meant it was a straight swap with the cooling rack (I still prefer to have the whole shebang on the tray, to let the air circulate better). For those who say the fans aren't that strong ... I'd say they were exactly right for the job. Any stronger and your wrists and arms would feel the chill.

Does a the job very well n doesn't stop working after few hours of gaming like some of the other digital coolers.Downsides, no rubber feet, so it does slides around a bit while intense gaming.The back feet are only 1 unadjustable level, which is too high n when combined with the absence of the rubber feet, it becomes pointless n impossible to use.That is an easily avoidable issue as though most as other coolers does not perform as this 1 yet they do 've rubber adjustable back feet!If those issues r addressed, this will be the ultimate cooler.

I know own two of these. You would think that all these sort of things were much of a muchness, but they're not. This maker seems to make a slightly higher quality than others. I've had three other versions from a different maker - they either had faults from the get go, or created problems later on.There is still a soft hum from the fans, which you would expect, but there isn't any rattling like the other versions suffered.These fans are used to help keep a PS3 and PS4 Pro cool and directly connected to the consoles themselves to get power. They come in handy through the hotter days of the year.

Ordered night-time, 22Oct ~ Arrived 3pm, near as, 24Oct ~ Today!!! Wow. Excellent protective packaging. Once unpacked = 20 seconds, it took as long as takes to; drop the rear support legs, 4 more seconds, then plug one end of USB lead, (supplied), into fan unit, other end of USB lead into my laptop, 10 more seconds, flip the little red switch 'ON', 2 seconds, voila!! off and running. How quick is that? Blue cruising lights are good too. I have quite a slippy desk but, the rubber feet grips ensure the unit is quite stationary. I'm running the 3 fan unit, (which can't be heard, by the way). I have a Dell Inspiron laptop = 375mm x 260mm. So, 3 fan is more than adequate in terms of support size and fanput. Overall I think it's a great looking piece of kit, and it seems thoroughly well made. So; great price, quick standard delivery, well packed, easy set-up, well made and seemingly totally fit for purpose...What more could you ask? ... Well recommended ... John

I ordered this after my Tecknet one arrived broken. It looks nice and the option to allow you to turn off the backlight is a great thing and it's while you'd know the fans were on it's not loud. however, my laptop is a 15.6 screen and it BARELY fits on it I'd struggle to see how a larger laptop would fit on this. Overall it's good value for money the lights being turned off stands it apart from other cooling pads and the noise is normal for the type of device it is but if you have a larger machine I cannot recommend it.

Very pleasing item. So glad I brought this, it does exactly what its supposed to do. I do a lot of hard heavy graphic works and this fan system keeps my laptop nice and cool even when running several programs at once. There are two fold away back legs which when open create the perfect screen angle to work with. The materials feel solid and well made and have a none slip grid like surface which keeps the laptop safely in place. The fans are nice and quite, in fact you can hardly hear them at all. A blue glow gives a nice finishing touch, as well as reminding you that it it switched on. A little gem for its price.

A week in and I am finding this an excellent item. My laptop when playing pinball emulation games was actually burning my thighs and knees. The underside of the computer was red hot. This cooler is running on its lowest (variable) speed and is barely detectable audibly and vibration-wise.It has cooled my laptop by a tremendous amount and the underside is almost cold. As at a week in, I am delighted and can recommend this being well worth that little bit extra on the price compared with some others. The only small down point - there was a tendency, in vigorous pinball movement of the keyboard, to sometimes dislodge the mains plug from the back. I successfully overcame this by running the lead under the left side of the laptop from bottom to top then plugging it in. It then remains quite stable.A very good purchase which I can thoroughly recommend.
