Highly recommend, wish I found sooner
This item really seemed to help balance the emotions post partum. It tastes good and I still feel like itâs helpful at 6 months.

Tasty and I think helpful!!
I used the labor prep tea and I feel like it was helping (at 37 weeks I was already dilated to a 2 and what my OB said âsuper ripeâ lol - baby was born 39 weeks 2 days after a membrane sweep at exactly 39 weeks). After a really fast delivery, I started drinking this tea IMMEDIATELY and would have 2 servings a day. This was my second baby and I felt like my cramps were honestly worse this time around, ha, BUT I felt like my uterus shrieked down much quicker than with my first so I think this tea possibly helped! Had pretty balanced mood (minus a couple middle of the night break downs lol) so it could just be placebo, but this may have had an impact as well!

Great baby shower gift
The postpartum recovery tea was recommended to me after I had my second baby. It was great. It helped me stay focused and relaxed. I now add this to all baby shower gifts. I feel like it is great to be able to give a mom some thing for her recovery !!! I definitely recommend this line to all the mamas out there !

Delicious!
Tasty! One star off for the tea bags. You have to be careful when you remove the tags from them. The cloth bags are easy to be teared up.

Definitely Makes a Difference, Would Recommend to All Post-Partum Women
I haven't used this for a very long time, but I do think it is helping with my weight loss. I just had my 5th child, just like Amy the founder, and I got pregnant when I was 6 months post-partum with my 4th, so I still had a bunch of extra weight on. I am normally around 100-105lbs and I was at my largest I've ever been with this pregnancy. 182lbs when I went into labor, and I'm just over 2 weeks post-partum and have lost around 25lbs so far. We live a pretty natural lifestyle already (no drugs/meds, even during labor, gluten free diet, no HFCS, artificial food dyes, preservatives, no soda, no eating out, etc).I'm pretty active, exclusively breastfeeding (note: although nursing helps a lot of people lose their pregnancy weight, for me it only helps with a small amount at first and the rest takes months to go away), and I am also using a belly and hip wrap. Despite doing/using these things, I do really feel like the tea is helping. The taste is not the greatest in my opinion, BUT I am very picky when it comes to tea (I like to stick with my Red Rose). But it is definitely better than the plain dandelion tea that my husband was going to make me drink to help with all the extra water weight, so thank goodness I found this product!

Flavor not as described, expensive, and each bag makes one cup
UPDATE: though this was not a great product, the customer service team reached out to me and offered a refund. I have to admit that this was great since I didnât get to use the product. *****end of update****I was looking forward to the âstrawberry passion fruit flavorâ however this had an overwhelming taste of chamomile and other herbs. Nothing about it was fruity and it doesnât even smell like strawberries or passion fruit so I am not sure why thatâs advertised on the package.Second of all, each bag really just makes one cup. I think they try to make it more advertise-able by saying one bag makes two cups so you donât gasp at the fact that each bag basically costs a dollar - a ridiculous price for a tea bag. If they wanted it to make 30 cups, they coulda just made 30 bagsâŚI really donât get it. So there goes your âvalue for your money.â I wouldnât recommend or buy again.
