Broke within 4 months!
Product seems well built (we've not had it that long, but compared to the plastic sprayer we had been purchasing, this product seems solid. We would give it 4 or 5 stars but there are two things we personally don't like about it, so we are not 100% sure we want to keep it. 1) the water pressure from the sprayer is much much stronger than the other pet sprayer we bought. It's so strong that it frightens our pups! Unfortunately, the way our bathtub is set up, we can only control temperature, not water pressure. The other problem is we find the handle very slick and difficult to hold on to. Especially if you have some shampoo on your hands. It would be nice if the handles had some grippiness to it.UPDATE:The product shipped on May 9, 2018. It is August 30, 2018, and today, when we used it to wash our pups, water was leaking (spraying) out of the hose! It is already broken! We used to buy a plastic hose (for about half the price) that would last a few years. We thought this product would last even longer but we were wrong. I have contacted the seller and will update after I hear from them.

Hard to use sprayer when wet/soapy
Very easy to install and I’m a Great Grandma. This product was great to use on my schnauzer. Having a hook to place it in when not in use was great. I gave it 3 stars because when washing my dog the sprayer when wet/soapy kept slipping out of my hand and made it almost impossible to work the handle. I had to buy a different one that was great to hold on to when wet/soapy.

Shower Sprayer
I use it to give our 100# dog a bath. I like that there is a push lever for on/off. Also I can keep it hung up and use it to rinse the tub after my bath.

Very easy to install
Very easy to install. There is a lot of power for the sprayer. I have to turn the water pressure down a bit as it seems strong for my one dog with short hair. My huskie/lab's coat needs the higher pressure. Very pleased with the product.

Plastic valve system
I have since changed my review. The shower head is not getting any water, the valve is very hard to turn and when it does, still no water.

Easy to install!
Easy to install to your existing shower head. It has made such a difference in giving our dogs a bath. So much easier.
