Custom Shop at Bargain Basement Price
This guitar body has all the charm of a custom shop relic without the price. I've been playing, building and repairing guitars for over 50 years and the quality at this price point is spot on. It really didn't need any further adjustments or fit work, other than what was to my liking, but it turned out every bit as good as I had hoped. Wired up the electronics and pickups, put the roasted maple neck and tuners on, set the bridge and it plays and sounds like a dream. Body is very resonant and not too heavy. Very pleased with the outcome!

It’s a bit heavy.
Top notch packaging, looks just like the picture, and the guitar I built with it plays like a dream. Would have given it 5 stars, but for some people the weight might be an issue. It’s surprisingly heavy. Probably great for sustain, but it might be an issue for someone who gigs and is used to a lighter weight instrument.

Relic Lightweight Bodies
Great light weight bodies. I have bought both Tele and Strat. Only thing on Tele body, the string ferrule holes are too small for normal and vintage ferrules. Had to Drill larger holes on rear of body.

Hideous aging, but quality body
I like a beat up old guitar. So when I saw this body, I had to check it out. I've been building guitars from scratch and from parts for close to 25 years now, and was really intrigued about the quality of a body that you can get for a mere $150. First of all - the aging/relicing job is hideous. It looks even worse in person than in the pictures when you're looking for something that looks like realistic aging. It definitely doesn't. However, if you're not looking for vintage accurate aging, this thing does look cool. Most importantly, though, the body itself is made of quality tone wood, has a good weight (not too light, not too heavy), Fender parts fit nicely and the neck pocket works with most standard Fender spec necks. Would I buy it again? Probably not. But it was a fun project and resulted in a killer sounding and playing guitar.

Telejunker
An absolute piece of junk. Pattern does not line up with fender factory parts .

Great value for easy guitar builds!
Great tele body. The relic job is decent but takes a little more work to make it look close to realistic. This has been my go to guitar for months now.

Good Tele body if you're craving a relic look on a budget.
Mine came in a bit heavy but not overly so. The looks are where I'm dinging this thing a few points because the sunburst finish that is supposed to be under the black satin technically should be showing up under any exposed spots but clearly its only been applied in the arm resting area. It makes the overall look not totally convincing under closer inspection. The routing, overall shape and pre-drilled holes were spot on! You will need to drill your own holes for pick guard, bridge mounting, strap buttons & control plate and you may have to widen the neck mounting holes.
